A book fair and expo is planned on the sidelines of the All India Oriental Conference (AIOC) for the benefit of publishers, booksellers, authors, and readers. This fair offers a unique chance to explore books and discover various expositions that are dedicated to ancient knowledge systems. Apart from the conference attendees, the book fair and expo will attract a broader audience, including pilgrims and tourists who visit the temple town.

*Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Book Fair and Expo is open to publishers, booksellers, authors, and organizations related to ancient knowledge systems.
- Stall Allocation: Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment.
- Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Payment details will be provided on the booking form.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before 15th September 2024 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
- Setup and Dismantling: Stalls must be set up in the morning on 23rd October 2024. Exhibitors are responsible for the setup and removal of their displays.
- Liability: The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to the vendor’s property.
- Compliance: Exhibitors must comply with all venue regulations and instructions from the event organizers.
- Conduct: Exhibitors must ensure that their activities do not cause disruption or inconvenience to other participants. The organizers reserve the right to remove any exhibitor violating these terms.
