Eligibility: Submissions are open to scholars, faculty, researchers, and students in the field of ancient knowledge systems or related disciplines.

Format:

• Papers must be written in Sanskrit, Hindi,  and English
• Use standard fonts (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt for English; a standard Unicode font, Arial Unicode or Sanskrit 2003 or Noto Sans Devanagari for Sanskrit or Hindi with 14 pt size, line spacing of 1.15).
• Please ensure that the paper is submitted in both Word and PDF formats.

Length:

• Full papers should be between 3,000 and 5,000 words (for English), including references.
• Full papers in Sanskrit or Hindi should be between 7 and 12 pages including abstract and references.
• Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.

Content:

• Papers should be original and not published or presented elsewhere.
• Ensure that the paper includes a clear research question, methodology, results, and discussion.

Submission Process:

• Complete the prescribed submission form.
• Submit your paper in MS Word (.doc or .docx) and in PDF format along with the form.

Review Process:

• All papers will undergo a blind peer-review process.
• Authors will be notified of the acceptance status.

Important Dates:

• Submission Deadline: 31^st August, 2024
• Notification of Acceptance: 15^th September, 2024
• Final Paper Submission (after making any recommended changes): 30^th September, 2024

Presentation:

• Accepted papers will be scheduled for presentation during the conference.
• Presentations should not exceed 8 minutes, followed by a 2 min Q&A session.

Registration:

• All presenters must register for the conference.
• Early bird registration ends on 31^st August , 2024.
